Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy - Canada and the US

• DFR offers free shipping within Canada and the US on all overalls and coveralls as well as other orders over $200 CAD ($150 USD). 
• Orders shipping within Canada and the US will not be subject to duty or customs fees.
• Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified. Customers will receive an email notification containing a tracking number once a shipping label has been created for their order. 
• Our primary shipping methods are UPS and Purolator with estimated transit times of 2-7 days depending on location. We do offer PO box shipping via Canada Post, with approximate transit times of 5-14 business days. 
• Please note that Durnin Farm and Ranch Wear Ltd. is not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or items damaged during delivery. Please notify us in the event this happens and will do our best to work with the shipping company on your behalf.
• Please ensure that your address is correct. Customers will be responsible for additional shipping costs if address are incorrectly entered at the time of order. 

• A flat rate shipping fee of $25 CAD will apply to all orders
• Your order may be subject to your local customs fees upon arrival in your country. The customer will be responsible for remitting payment of any duties, taxes, or other customs fees to their local government. If you choose not to accept these charges and return the package, we will be unable to refund you for your order due to the high international shipping costs.
• Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified. Customers will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.
• All international orders will ship with UPS with approximate transit times of 6-14 business days. 
• Please note that due to the high cost of return shipments, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges on international orders. We are more than happy to assist you with selecting the correct size via email, at dfrwear@gmail.com. 

• Unworn items with tags intact may be exchanged for a different size or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items with visible wear will not be eligible to an exchange or refund. Please try on overalls in a clean environment to ensure they will be eligible for an exchange or refund. 
• Original shipping costs. if applicable, will not be refunded.
• The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to Durnin Farm and Ranch Wear Ltd., or drop off if local. Durnin Farm and Ranch Wear Ltd. will cover the shipping cost to send the correct size back to the customer on exchanges. Please notify us at dfrwear@gmail.com of necessary exchanges or refunds as well as the new size needed prior to mailing your item to us. Please notify us of the tracking number on returning items.
• If your order is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 7 business days via email and provide photos of the product you received. 
• Please note that due to the high cost of return shipments, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges on international orders outside of Canada and the US. We are more than happy to assist you with selecting the correct size via email, at dfrwear@gmail.com.
