Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy - Canada

• DFR offers free shipping within Canada on all overalls and coveralls as well as other orders over $200 CAD
• Orders within Canada ship from Ontario and will not be subject to brokerage fees, duties, or tariffs
  
• Our primary shipping methods are UPS and Purolator with estimated transit times of 2-7 days depending on location. We offer PO box shipping via Canada Post, with approximate transit times of 5-14 business days. 
• Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified. 
  

Shipping Policy - US

• We are currently accepting PRE-ORDERS as we transition to shipping from our US fulfillment partner. Your pre-orders help us ensure that we send the right amount of inventory to meet your needs! Individual products will show estimated shipping times. 
• We have prepaid all duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees - there will be no surprise fees when you receive your order!
• DFR offers free shipping across the US on all overalls and coveralls, as well as other orders over $150 USD

Shipping Policy - International Orders 

• A flat rate shipping fee of $25 CAD will apply to all orders
• Your order may be subject to your local customs fees upon arrival in your country. The customer will be responsible for remitting payment of any duties, taxes, or other customs fees to their local government. 
  
• All international orders will ship with UPS with approximate transit times of 6-14 business days. 
• Please note that due to the high cost of return shipments, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges on international orders. We are more than happy to assist you with selecting the correct size via email, at dfrwear@gmail.com. 

Return Policy

• Unworn items with tags intact may be exchanged for a different size or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items with visible wear will not be eligible to an exchange or refund. Please try on overalls in a clean environment to ensure they will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  
• Exchanges - DFR will cover shipping costs both ways on size exchanges
• Returns - In the event that you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you may purchase a discounted return shipping label of $10 CAD for Canadian shipments and $25 CAD for US shipments through our returns portal below. Original shipping costs. if applicable, will not be refunded.
• If your order is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately via email and provide photos of the product you received. 
• Please note that due to the high cost of return shipments, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges on international orders outside of Canada and the US. We are more than happy to assist you with selecting the correct size via email, at dfrwear@gmail.com.
