Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified. Customers will receive an email notification containing a tracking number once a shipping label has been created for their order.
Taxes and duties may apply on international orders.
Please note that Durnin Farm and Ranch Wear Ltd. is not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or items damaged during delivery.
Please ensure that your address is correct. Customers will be responsible for additional shipping costs if address are incorrectly entered at the time of order.
Return Policy
Unworn items may be exchanged for a different size or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items with visible wear will not be subject to an exchange or refund. Please try on overalls in a clean environment to ensure the correct size.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to Durnin Farm and Ranch Wear Ltd., or drop off if local. Durnin Farm and Ranch Wear Ltd. will cover the shipping cost to send the correct size back to the customer on exchanges. Please notify us at dfrwear@gmail.com of necessary exchanges or refunds as well as the new size needed prior to mailing your item to us. Please notify us of the tracking number on returning items.
Returns coming from the US must be shipped with USPS and the tracking number sent to dfrwear@gmail.com
If your order is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 5 business days via email and provide photos of the product you received.
